The CONTRASTO, WHITE GRAINS and NOOTKE collections are made of Canadian Red Cedar wood, a conifer native to the pacific coast of North America. The fibres of the Canadian Red Cedar are reddish brown in color, have a uniform structure with an exceptionally beautiful grain that gives the product a unique appearance. The wood is soft, has no knots and can be easily worked with a cutter and with manual carving tools. It i salso excellent in the application of finishes. The logs that we use in the laboratory for production are imported directly from Canada.
